Test & Quiz Forms

EzData provides a fast and easy way to perform automatic grading of tests and quizzes. All text, textbox (ICR) , and checkbox (OMR) fields allow you to save value sets with the form. These value sets can be reloaded before printing to restore custom field values, prefill certain data fields, or used during form processing to validate the data accuracy. The controls for modifying value sets and setting point values can be found in the values submenu of the form menu.

For automatic grading there's a special value set called the "Expected Value" value set. If you assign nonzero point values to textbox, and checkbox fields they will be automatically validated against the expected value data set when processing the form. At the top of the form a display will show the number of correct points divided by the total points and a percentage accuracy in red.

It is possible to have as many value sets as you would want however there can be only one expected value set for a form.
