Database Access

EzData™ automatically generates a Microsoft Access compatible database for each form you create. For security databases can be password protected to ensure critical or personal data is protected.

It can even handle forms were a group of fields is repeated and each group needs to be saved as an individual record in the database. Common fields will be duplicated in each record.

When validating scanned forms before saving to the database the data can be displayed in the actual form making validation of the data straightforward. When over a field you can right click on the mouse to display the actual processed image making verification simple. In addition if a dictionary was used for the field a drop-down list showing possible addition matching values is available.
