Using the EzData™ custom form editor you can quickly generate new processable forms and the associated databases.

EzData™ provides over 22 different types of recognition fields. These include (Intelligent Character Recognition) fields for currency, integer numbers, floating point numbers, text, signatures, street addresses, ZIP codes, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, checkboxes (Optical Mark Recognition), image capture, bar-code recognition and more.

Many recognition fields can be displayed as a single text entry box or as individual character boxes. 

Using our form editor you can customize recognition fields to meet your needs. In addition text, lines, boxes, and images can also be added to your forms.

EzData™ comes with over 40 predefined form field templates. These include templates for mailing addresses, contact information, name, age, sex, Social Security number, and many many more.

The advantage to using the field templates is that the database name, user title, and field length are already specified.

Users can create their own form templates by simply selecting a group of fields in the form and saving it as a new template.

Saved templates can then be loaded into new forms to greatly reduce the amount of time spent creating forms.
